Used Book Donations:
We accept gently used books, which our Friends of the Library group will use for their summer book sales. Books can be dropped off from May-September at the shed in the rear parking area of the library. For book donations during Oct-April, please call the library in advance at 518-548-4411 to make sure we have room for them.
We do not accept magazines, reference/school books, dictionaries, thesaurus, encyclopedias, books with mold, dvds, audiobooks, or music.
Teen Book Box Donations:
In an effort to encourage reading in our local teens, we offer a Teen Book Box Subscription, where participants receive a personalized box each month, which includes books from the library we think they’d enjoy, based on their past reading history, snacks, coloring and mindful activities, small games, toys, and activities.
